She was ably supported by other members of the team who are efficient, calm and know their business well and indeed one member of the team who dealt with us of an evening and on Sundays. All members of the team are extremely professional and what sticks out in our mind is the cohesive manner in which the team operates. The communications with the client and within the team are exemplary and way in excess of the service previously provided by our first estate agent. The system just clicks into place and whoever is dealing with you knows the facts and the important finer details. They do this also with a great sense of humour which is extremely important during what is a very stressful process. Selling houses is not for the faint hearted!
