Complete waste of time...and very arrogant when cajoled to do anything. I don't know how they make a living. They didn't sell our house or attempt to keep us informed of properties we may be interested in buying. If they're not telling us about other properties on their books then clearly they're not going to tell others about our property. But isn't that why you use a High Street agent….?! They simply advertise on Rightmove and wait for the enquires. There are far more cost effective ways of getting on Rightmove. The days of looking for properties in a High Street estate agent's office are dead.
