ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AGENT we have ever dealt with. Not even worth the 1 star. They would not stop pestering us untill we changed over to them. We had so many cancellations & not informed until the last minute if at all. JACK Alsobrook came round, said he could sell at the asking price, he also came armed with a list of 100 people he said wanting a property like ours in our area, turns out we had to drop the price considerably, he also said he would only charge 1% as we were not willing to pay 1.5 we'd stay with who we were with already. We signed the form for a 25% if he got over the asking price he then took back the form to supposedly finish completing it and changed the percentage. Very sly, very underhanded & very wrong. We very stupidly didn't check it as he had confirmed again it would be 1%. We took him at his word. £3000 we lost to this unscrupulous man & when we called the Lewes branch Sam told us there was nothing he could do not even a gesture of good will on their behalf. Jack has now been transferred to the Crawley branch due to complaints regarding his underhanded business practice. So BEWARE OF JACK ALLSOBROOK, check & double check everything on the form before signing. Better still do not use this agent or let this person in your home.
