We had no end of trouble with this estate agent, who claimed to have three buyers, but each fell through. The value of the property was vastly over rated. and we eventually sold for �3.5K less. Definitely the worst estate agents I have ever experienced. They made a lot of promises to start with - none of which were kept. Steer away!!!
