Definitely the worst estate agents I have ever experienced. They made a lot of promises to start with - none of which were kept. I have a prime location house and over the last 2 years my neighbours had all sold in weeks at the right price. They started by putting up a sign, which collapsed after a week narrowly missing a passing pedestrian - it took them three days and everal phone calls to come and clear up the mess of hanging fittings. After 2 months I fired this bunch of jokers, who despite arranging numerous inspections by completely unsuitable buyers and haviving 'great prospects in the pipeline' could only manage two paltry offers way below the market price. They then refused to budge from the contracted 4 month sole agency agreement and the house lay empty and unmarketed for TWO months at my cost . In the first week with the new agency after this period I had two good offers and am now selling to one of those.

We had no end of trouble with this estate agent, who claimed to have three buyers, but each fell through. The value of the property was vastly over rated. and we eventually sold for �3.5K less. Steer away!!!
