Our vendor used this estate agent and I have to say, the attitude from these people was a world away from my own estate agents. They fell way below acceptable levels of professional conduct and we felt they generally unhelpful and often downright obstructive. They were unavailable a lot of the time and either didn’t return calls or took sn acceptable length of time doing so, leaving the poor ‘front of house’ staff to field anxious queries which they weren’t equipped to do. They also tried to cover up the behaviour of their client (our vendor) on multiple occasions - misplaced loyalty? - and her behaviour was appalling from the start. They would have done better giving her a talking to about acceptable levels of conduct when doing business with others. Our vendor ended up taking pretty much every fixture and fitting, including things she was contracted to leave - but we don’t care, we just want shot of her AND this awful company. I wouldn’t deal with them again under any circumstances.
