- They impose real fear on tenants by sending emails demanding 'immediate' payments of any deposit deductions - that are in excess of the original deposit. - Be very careful with this letting agent, it seems they are literally banking on you to idly oblige to everything they demand. - PLEASE! FUTURE! TENANTS! KNOW! YOUR! RIGHTS! AND! DO! YOUR! RESEARCH!

Honestly, simply terrible estate agents. - on multiple occasions they let workman into and on the property without prior permission. - have tried several times (including today) to try and get access on less than 24 hours notice. - managed a situation with the LandLord terribly, we ended... The people at Sandfords told us from the beginning that they could easily sell our property. This is exactly what they went on to do.
