Contrary to other reviews left on this site, I can only recommend D & D with the highest stars available. The sale of my fathers house took many, many months to complete but D & D never let us down once. They frequently showed buyers around the property and we in fact ‘sold’ many times, the reason the sales fell through were purely down to inconsiderate purchasers who found they were having problems selling their own properties and hadn’t got their own affairs in order before trying to buy somewhere else. Not once did I lose confidence in D& D, they were extremely supportive, respectful, always followed up on visits and always kept us in the picture with what was happening. Their after-sales progression team were quite remarkable, liaising with purchasers/estate agents and solicitors, in fact I would go as far as to say they did much of the work I would have expected our solicitor to do. Their final invoice was, surprisingly, exactly as their original quote which we had accepted from the start. D & D are by far the best estate agents we have ever had dealings with and I cannot recommend them highly enough, as always some people want something for nothing!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
