as covid AVOID this group of cheap charlatans!!!-this is the most useless group of plebs ever to band together to provide an utterly useless estate agency service-service thats a joke- we wrongly instructed this lot to sell our house and asked specifically only for people who had sold and were in a position to sell-that is the first basic job they should have done-qualify the customer-well first punter turns up seem interested only to end up virtually arguing on the doorstep as to making an offer-turns out they could not afford the price-second punter turns up and loves the place-then following day they say the garden is to small-they live in a terraced house on the main road into stafford where they have to park on the road on white lines and their actual garden is approx an 8th of the size of ours-real reason-they had not sold-third punter was a cash buyer supposedly-well what a liar he was-he had sold his tatty terrace in leek and moved in with a partner-they did not have enough money to buy so was not a cash buyer-in fact after lying to us he set out to get a mortgage-made varied excuses as to why he could'nt complete over the next 6 weeks meaning we lost a property we wanted-this is what these incompetent agents call service-cutting a long story short-we had photos taken by the agent himself as we refused the professional photo's at extra cost-they stuck it on the internet and stuck it on their site-all in all couple of hours work-one confirmation letter and a final completion letter with a bill of over £2400 which they took two attempts to get correct as they tried to overcharge-then as we refused to pay straightaway as we had a legitimate grouse-they use underhand bully boy tactics to extort overcharged inflated payment by harassment of our son and his wife to get to us as they don't have the strength or professionalism to sort this face to face-AVOID THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SHODDY AND SHOUT THE LAW TO THREATEN AND CAJOLE WHEN THEY ARE IN THE WRONG AND WILL NOT FACE UP TO THEIR SHORTCOMINGS-if i can get another to think twice and go elsewhere then i will have achieved a valuable service !!!!!!!!!
