Found the property i rented on the docks at gloucester not as advertised, very dirty on moving in EPC not presented until after agreement signed, and deposit paid.EPC very low rated, furniture in property broken.lights not working, hot water not working called for repairs then billed for work that was not carried out still lights not working and limited hot water. sold as an executive flat, more like student digs.Drugs smoked outside property drunk tudents s running round the warehouse on a regular bases puddles of sick outside building.Landlord removed furniture that was advertised as being included in price overall very poor service, paid a high rent for a property that is of poor quaility and mis sold by Naylor Powell avoid there properties at all costs !!

5 Nov 2013The goings on outside the building and EPC rating of the property are out of Naylor Powell's control. We feel the limited hot water was down to incorrect use , after a full demo there were no problems. A bill was sent due to a fault being reported which was down to misuse, in addition the bill was not settled.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
