This was the worst letting agent I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't trust them to manage my property or want to ever rent with them again. Luckily we were able to purchase a house shortly after using their services. When we first moved into the rented flat it had not been cleaned and was filthy. Dust everywhere, food in cupboards and quickly wiped mould on the walls. During our first month we noticed that our electric fan in the bathroom and kitchen light were making electrical sounds. We let the letting agent know promptly. An electrician came to look at it, he disconnected them as they were tripping our electrics due to contact with water. The electrician let us know that there was no way the property had passed an electrical certificate. After asking the letting agent about it they failed to produce one, which is illegal. It took over a year for them to get the all the work done and provide a pass certificate. The guy Ian was pleasant to deal with but not good at answering emails and booking work to be done we had to keep asking for updates for things to get done. His wife however who works there and who I assume all the bad reviews are about was really rude over the phone, unkind and not in any way understanding of the issues. We hung the phone up because she was so rude and then we got an aggressive phone call back from the manager Ian because we hung up on his wife. She had also threatened that we would have to pay for another electrician to come out when it was Real Estates fault they had not been able to access the property. This was because when they replaced a door bell they failed to label it, left the old non working doorbell and also failed to provide them with our telephone number. One positive was they gave us our full deposit back when we left, no surprise after all the issues and potential fire risk from no electrical certificate. I'm glad to see other bad reviews so that other people don't have to go through the same issues.

I am desperately looking for a new flat, willing to pay 6 months up front, have excellent references. The estate agent I spoke with was rude beyond belief. While I understand the need to meet prospective tenants, I am physically unable to do so during lockdown, and suggested a skype, etc... Read Full Review

Terrible service, poor communication from agents to customer, telephone manner poor and often abrupt from the less senior members of staff. The staff there would certainly benefit from a decent customer service course and by learning a few basic... Read Full Review
