I am desperately looking for a new flat, willing to pay 6 months up front, have excellent references. The estate agent I spoke with was rude beyond belief. Mahendra acted in the best interest of the purchaser and myself the seller right up to the end, taking on the role of social workers who delayed most of the communications. They offer no service in terms of management. Inventories were not taken in a timely manner and at the end of the tenancy they did not check against it. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
