Do not trust this estate agent! Having agreed and confirmeed a purchase price for an investment property the estate agent sold the property to someone else. We were totally unaware of any problems and our mortgage lender was just in the process of getting a survey done on the property when we were informed by our solicitor that the property had been withdrawn from the market. We contacted the vendors directly who gave us the story that the property they were after had fallen through. A month later we found out from a local reputable estate agent that the property had been sold and rented out and that Real Estates had bad mouthed us. In all this time we did not receive any communication from Real Estates and I can only assume that they received some financial incentive to sell the property to someone else. Be very wary when dealing with this estae agent!

Mahendra acted in the best interest of the purchaser and myself the seller right up to the end, taking on the role of social workers who delayed most of the communications. They offer no service in terms of management. Inventories were not taken in a timely manner and at the end of the tenancy they did not check against it.
