I am desperately looking for a new flat, willing to pay 6 months up front, have excellent references. The estate agent I spoke with was rude beyond belief. While I understand the need to meet prospective tenants, I am physically unable to do so during lockdown, and suggested a skype, etc meeting. This guy flat out refused to engage in any way that would have helped me find a place to live, stating that while he has time to meet me at the property, he does not have the time to arrange an online face to face interview. This is one agency I have the EXTREME PLEASURE of never having worked with. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service, poor communication from agents to customer, telephone manner poor and often abrupt from the less senior members of staff. The staff there would certainly benefit from a decent customer service course and by learning a few basic... Read Full Review
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
