Do not rent with this company. They will leave you with a property that is not safe. We have had severe black mould & unsafe electrics for 2 years and nothing is being done about it.

I didn't mind paying the fees they were at the standard price, but when I renewed my tenancy I had to pay an additional fee which is a bit of a joke as it's just a piece of paper saying the term has been extended for another year and the rest of the contract t&c's remain the same.

Rude and unprofessional service. Failed to read application form correctly and dismissive to my wife who attended the office. What agent could do to change your mind?
Read forms correctly. Be professional and courteous to customers and don't attach incredibly rude notes to forms when you haven't done your job properly.
