I didn't mind paying the fees they were at the standard price, but when I renewed my tenancy I had to pay an additional fee which is a bit of a joke as it's just a piece of paper saying the term has been extended for another year and the rest of the contract t&c's remain the same.

Ridiculous, three tenants moving into the property and they had the audacity to try and charge us for a third set of keys after paying a £125 additional applicant fee
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
