I was wrongly advised, Sutton Kersh, on behalf of the âfake buyerâ Ms Lampitt, forced me to empty the flat for selling it as a condition for going a head with the sale as a request from the âfake buyerâ and on the day of exchange/completion the sale was cancelled. therefore I lost of my furnitures and appliances. But the Sutton Kersh don't care. They Didn't take a deposit, didn't care about me (seller) absolutely unfair, deshonest, DO NOT TRUST ON THEM AT ALL. Absolutely a fraud.

PATHETIC I am an investor and over the last 2 years their guide prices are nowhere near the mark, today I wanted to bid on a piece of land, guide price £100,000 it went for over 300,000. Rude agents on the phone. Interrupt the customer speaking. Try to talk over you. No customer service training there. When called out said you interrupt us we interrupt you. No if you cant do people skills go get another... Read Full Review

Try and avoid Sutton Kersh at all costs, when first going to view the property no one turned up to show us around (should have been the first red flag) and instead we where shown around by the tenants, naively we still rented the flat from themselves and it has been hell ever since. Let a property from SK and had absolutely no information about utilities etc had to do a lot of research to find out myself. Many items/utilities not working.
