Don't understand the customer needs, they tell you what you want to hear to get that signature then its all down hill from there am afraid. Don't bother using this estate agents moving to stress full as it is with out them adding to it.

30 Jul 2010I absolutely agree. They took our money every month for letting our property and did nothing else. As a result I am now in trouble with a credit company and we have no idea what state the property is in as they never went to check it. When I called to complain they said all their letters must have got lost in the post and it was basically my fault. Rude and lazy people!!!!

NEVER again would I use this joke of an estate agents! Currently both buying and selling through them and they have been awful! its taken nearly 6 months and still no where near moving! I rented 4 properties through Farrell Heyworth and they are a nightmare. Leaving tenants without cookers for months, heating for days etc. They had no out of hours number and only when I put together everything did they finally give me back my properties without having to kick the tenants... there are a set off cowboys would never rent of these again there not intrested in looking after you,i went days without a boiler no hot water or heating and i had 4 children and every time was just fobbed off with excuses i finally left this company due to poor service and the only taken over 400... 28 May 2011I completely agree, they are the worst kind of lazy estate agents because the only time they give a crap about anything is when the rent is due or as you so rightly said when you ask to be released...
