OAK ESTATE AGENTS RENT A HOUSE IN NUMBER 9 THE PELHAMS FOR CHRIS HOLMEN AND HIS FAMILY AND THESE PEOPLE DESTROYED A LOT OF THINGS IN OUR HOUSE. NOW, THEY RENT A HOUSE FOR PEOPLE THAT IS CURRENTLY LIVING IN NUMBER 9 THE PELHAMS THEY CREATE A HOLES IN OUR BACK GARDEN AND THE WALL BUILDINGS OF THIS HOUSE AND WE SEE MOUSE COMING FROM THE HOUSE THEY RENT AND WERE CLIMBING THE WALL BUILDING OF OUR HOUSE. THEY ALSO SENT PEOPLE TO VANDALIZE OUR HOUSE AND TO THROW STONES AT OUR HOUSE AND THEY BREAK THE WINDOWS OF OUR HOUSE. I TOLD THESE OAK ESTATE AGENTS AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL, THAT THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. THEY ALWAYS USED THEIR BIKE TO DISTURB US IN OUR HOUSE, THEIR TENANTS DID SO MUCH AGAINST US. THEY WILL BE BANGING THE WALL AND PLAYING THE MUSIC LOUD AND BE LYING THAT WE ARE THE ONES PLAYING MUSIC LOUD JUST FOR THEM TO COVER UP THEIR ATROCITIES THEY ARE DOING TO US. THEY WILL BE DIRECTING THEIR CAR LIGHTS AT OUR HOUSE.

Unfortunately for me I am now left with a huge bill to pay because Oak Estates promised me 5 star property management and failed to deliver any of it. The agent lacks honesty and not transparent with the process. Over promised and under delivered. The house rental value was undervalued than the market price on the advert and when questioned, They lied to us, saying that this is what we asked him to do even though the paperwork does not say ... What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more open and honest Transparency on process Do not Lie to the client Getting a property valued low for an easy sale is not acting in the best interest of the client.
