The agent lacks honesty and not transparent with the process. Over promised and under delivered. The house rental value was undervalued than the market price on the advert and when questioned, They lied to us, saying that this is what we asked him to do even though the paperwork does not say that. "Not an agent I would recommend to work with if you are a landlord, as you would want your agent to work for your best interest and not to get an easy sale for them." I had to terminate working with this agent within a week and moved to another agent.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more open and honest Transparency on process Do not Lie to the client Getting a property valued low for an easy sale is not acting in the best interest of the client.

Unfortunately for me I am now left with a huge bill to pay because Oak Estates promised me 5 star property management and failed to deliver any of it.
