<p>A terrible, not well educated management company. GH Property *** whose first response is attack, deny failings and pass on the blame to others rather than deal with issue at hand. I am one of a tenant in the managed flats who witnesses daily nothing being done. Seriously people - go elsewhere as there are better trained children to look after you assets than this lot.</p>

Sharp practice....freeholder administration costs not a service charge item.. GH charged it to the leaseholder then over one year later refunds it! The team are polite yet ineffective. Complaints are not responded to (other than the confirm a response will follow, but after 3 months nothing came).
