Over the past 2 years the standard of service received from GH Property Management has not been of the standard it should be. Works and decoration are far behind schedule and some serious issues and repairs that required immediate attention were only undertaken after months of phone calls and e-mails and interventions by third parties. In addition, the agents rarely respond to calls or e-mails in a timely manner. It is not usual for emails to be ignored for 6-8 weeks.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Reply to e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner and perform their duties as laid out in their contract
