This letting agency are terrible, all they cared about was the rent and had awful customer service when ever i had a query. They never replied to me whenever my questions wern't about money and none of the staff knew anything about what was going on. I was still getting letters off them to my address in the previous tenants name! They also charged us an extra months rent without letting us know, we had to find out ourselves and ask for it back! DONT USE KEY PROPERTIES EVER! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
What agent could do to change your mind?
better customer service and not ripping us off!

Absolutely appalling customer service. As you would expect the salesman was excellent when we viewed one of their flats that was up for rent, with promises of new furnature and the carpets deep cleaned. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
