Absolutely appalling customer service. As you would expect the salesman was excellent when we viewed one of their flats that was up for rent, with promises of new furnature and the carpets deep cleaned. Unfortunately when it came to providing the rent (had to pay over 1000 pounds just to move into a flat!) none of the above as promised was actually done. Their correspondent emails where rude and they spoke to us like we were stupid. They refused that their salesman would say anything of the sort about new furniture and cleaned carpets. They took almost 2 weeks to actually send someone round from he company to assess the damages in the flat, which had been there since day one. Considering we had to pay over £100 damages deposit before we moved in, to walk into a flat with dirty carpets and ripped furniture was pretty unbelievable. Im not one to complain but as i, myself and my fiance both work in customer service roles, their customer service was appalling. We were passed from pillow to post and then were told out emails and phone calls hadn't reached them (conveniently enough) After the 6month contract is up, myself and my partner would rather have the trouble of moving else and finding somewhere else to live as, key properties uk are money grabbing and will certainly not go out of their way to resolve any issues, s long as they have their money thats frankly all that matters to them. Avoid at all costs.
