Steer clear of the Fleet office if you are a tenant. The staff are just awful to deal with. They lack human decency and compassion. It's been 4 months since I moved out and they still haven't repaid rent due back from overpayment. They are now not responding to my emails. I sincerely hope to never cross paths with them ever again!

I had a horrendous experience with Mackenzie Smith (“MS”) so to anyone who is thinking of using them, I would say do not do it. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
