I had a horrendous experience with Mackenzie Smith (“MS”) so to anyone who is thinking of using them, I would say do not do it. However, if you use them, I recommend that you; - Do not trust or rely on anything they tell you - Verify everything for yourself - Use your phone to record conversations with them - Confirm everything in writing (expect an aggressive & threatening call from, James Harris!) - do not trust them to accurately record the offer - Once an offer is accepted, only deal with your solicitor, not MS

Steer clear of the Fleet office if you are a tenant. The staff are just awful to deal with. They lack human decency and compassion. It's been 4 months since I moved out and they still haven't repaid rent due back from overpayment. They are now not responding to my emails. I sincerely hope to never cross paths with them ever again!
