We've been with Rockford Properties Ltd. for over two years now and our experience with them has been wonderful. Logan, our property manager, has been exceptional throughout our tenure. He's always quick to respond to our emails and any issues we've faced with repairs or maintenance. Logan is an understanding and flexible person, always ready to identify and resolve any issues we've had with our property. Moreover, he was very accommodating with our exit process, which we suggested. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience with Rockford Properties Ltd. and have already recommended them to many of our friends.

By far the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional.
