Myself & partner are both professionals with a joint salary of over £100k with excellent credit scores. We viewed a lovely property and wanted to secure it by giving the asking price. As someone else also gave the asking it went to a greedy bidding war! The agents we did secure our rental with don't believe in this. If the asking price is met it should be down to the landlord to make their mind up after references/checks etc... Greedy agents & landlords

I was expecting a lot more from Knight Frank! The owners of the company need to be aware that serious staff training in required in order to maintain their exclusive public profile.
