Jan Gannon has been an absolute diamond - as a conveyancer I encounter obstructive, pushy agents daily but Jan has been a breath of fresh air! Working tirelessly to ensure a tricky chain remains intact and has gone above and beyond to facilitate the lawyers and the clients. I have never left a review for an agent before, but from the very beginning, I have been blown away by her polite and helpful manner and willingness to step in and assist. The seller had been placed in an awkward position because of a collapsed chain and Karin was very active in securing a prompt sale to help them. Everyone was happy! Comments on Agent Fees
The letting was for finding tenants only and included advertising (great presentation on Rightmove) interviewing, selecting and completing contracts etc for just half the first month rental. Excellent value.
