The seller had been placed in an awkward position because of a collapsed chain and Karin was very active in securing a prompt sale to help them. Everyone was happy! Comments on Agent Fees
The letting was for finding tenants only and included advertising (great presentation on Rightmove) interviewing, selecting and completing contracts etc for just half the first month rental. Excellent value.
