Absolutely bloody awful. If I could undo this sale I would. I am only giving one star, as otherwise unable to leave a review. DO NOT BUY from L & Q, they will not want to do any repairs, which do not fall into your remit. Since 2018, we have had to endure a leak for almost half the year during the damp season, from an upstairs balcony. They receive a handsome service charge every month, but do not like to spend it on leaseholder repairs. The water comes through a light fitting, left as 'live' by shoddy staff sent round by L & Q. What they should of done, was isolated the light from the circuit! We are at risk from fire and electrocution. As a result we have failed an electrical test inspection, and we are in part of a housing block! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND AVOID!
