Would advise anyone to avoid L&Q like the plague. I have had one issue after another with boilers, broken/burst water pipes. Have now launched an official complaint. The house I live in has damp and mould due to consistent plumbing problems.

Absolutely bloody awful. If I could undo this sale I would. I am only giving one star, as otherwise unable to leave a review. DO NOT BUY from L & Q, they will not want to do any repairs, which do not fall into your remit. Since 2018, we have had to endure a leak for almost half the year... Read Full Review
