Hamways is extremely bad at dealing with problems in the flats. We live in a 2-bedroom flat with our kids, and one of the bedrooms is literally uninhabitable due to the amount of mould in it. We've been making complaints about it for over a year, and they always neglected the issue. Now, we read the news that a 2-year-old boy died from mould exposure ( https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-manchester-63635721 ) and we are very concerned about our kids' health. But apparently, they don't care. I'm sure we will probably be kicked out of our flat after this review...

Hamways are the agents we rent from. They outsource to companies eg ABC for repair works and safety checks. Both fall short. I gave a list of dates I was available for checks. Each time I was told they couldn’t make. Then given a date, 1 date they could make. I can’t just take... Read Full Review
