Hi thankyou Payton Jewell caines Bridgend for advising me to go with Matthew Daniel estate agent because you value was much lower 145,000 and they Matthew Daniel valuation was 169.000 ….. it sold within 7 days full asking price, a flat on Merthyr mawr rd ,, so thankyou again 24.000 over your valuation,, ,,,,, you valued my flat March 2022 and was a very rude lady
