Fairly helpful when it came to viewing the property and organizing the let, but since then contacting Chancellors has been, without exception, slow and unhelpful. Most of the time I have had not response at all. Processes which I was informed would take only two weeks in fact took over two months.... Read Full Review

My tenancy was a history of mismanagement and muddle. Chancellors repeatedly sent out incorrect documents, failed to renew the tenancy on time, mistakenly pursued me for debt THREE times (and had to provide written apologies and assurances that they would not do so again), lost the spare keys...
