Before I write this review I want to say that John Francis in Narberth sold our property after its first viewing, though that had more to do with the then manager Martins network, than the dynamicism within the branch itself. That aside we found the pre and post sales process wholly unsatisfactory; From the particulars that took an eternity to get published (apparently centralised), to the lack of communication during the exchange period (2 proactive phone calls in 3+ months), to the follow up viewing we had to conduct ourselves, to the incredibly layed back attitude of some of the staff (shirts hanging out etc) - we found the whole end to end sales process at JF incredibly unprofessional. Some agents even give their clients a small gift at moving in point, we didn't even get a congratulations or a post completion best wishes phone call. Surely not asking that much after spending 4k in fees? Be wary choosing this agent....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
