Sowerby’s Dereham Lettings - poor full management serivce. As a landlord, the service I received for full management was terrible. Resistance to increase rent in line with market, siding with tenant over disputes, uses out of area contractors with no option to challenge quotes. Save your money, use .GOV and DPS websites to manage the property yourself. Big thumbs down Sowerby’s Dereham.

Sowerbys well what can i say, They do not look after their Tennants who have been with them for years without fail on rent and they will not get any problems fixed in a property you live in just email the landlords and make you live in a house with Mould and Damp and when the heating packs in due...
