Dishonest underhand & unprofessional
This agent sold us a property. They excepted our offer but never sent memorandum of sale out to our solicitors. When I rang or emailed they always came up with an excuse as to why this was not sent out. I repeatedly called them and asked them to let me know if there was an issue and was always informed there was no problem. I went to look at the property on Rightmove as I was concerned that I had not had confirmation of my purchase only to find the property had been withdrawn off the market and that we were not actually under offer. The agent didn't even call me to notify me of this!!!! I feel like I was lead along to believe we were under offer and so had my solicitors carry out some conveyancing which has left me with a solicitors bill. If the agent were honest with me from the start I would have never started proceeding!!!!! I would not recommend using this agent

What agent could do to change your mind?
Getting a basic knowledge of what they are selling would help! Change attitude- you are not doing clients a favour by showing them a property!!
