Sowerbys well what can i say, They do not look after their Tennants who have been with them for years without fail on rent and they will not get any problems fixed in a property you live in just email the landlords and make you live in a house with Mould and Damp and when the heating packs in due to cowboy Boiler Man they will try and say you have run the boiler low even though you have just got oil for the tank Please see attached photos and proof of how they treat there Customers/Tennants The Property i moved in at 72 The Street, Felthorpe as you can see on the Inventory there was damp and mould in the house on arrival and now they are trying to charge me £1600 to cover Loads of random Costs ! I will be taking this to Citizen advice and get a solicitor involved in this matter ASAP Many Thanks Andrew Lynn
