Lived in one of their properties for many years. Black mold problems all the time that i have had fix myself at my own expense, bad double glazing that has burst/separated in every flat in at least one window and have filed up with moisture and mold making it impossible to see through them, not to mention before this they let in a draft on windy days. one flat has a really squeaky tap that is so loud it wakes everyone up if used at night. They make inspections every year and they do nothing to fix any of it it has been like this for years. They only do anything when someone moves out so it looks good to a new renter and they increase the rent as well. They do the absolute bare minimum at the cheapest possible rate and take all the money. I would move but the price of rentals and lack of choice in an area i would want to live is to expensive.

Don't bother, you'll be waiting forever if you contact them about any issues, told to fix it yourself. Moved into my property which was riddled with carpet moths, various things were broken and nothing was done about . They will find any way they can to rob you, takes the absoloute ...
