we haven't had the heating working for two weeks and still waiting for this to be fixed, called but didn't seem interested to help, need an electrician who is on holiday but incapable of finding another electrician. 6 emails sent and called Michelle and Kelsey both unhelpful

15 Dec 2017It is always disappointing to receive a review such as this. We rarely do! However, as ever this is not the full story as records show contractors have attended and this property continues to benefit from full gas central heating and always has done. One electric fire is noted as not working and works are ongoing to reinstate this fire. As ever, Stuart Smith will continue to attempt to resolve this as soon as practicable"

20 Dec 2017Unfortunately this doesn't tell the whole story and poor service the heater still hasn't been fixed now on the 6th week and finally when they sent someone out he said he can't fix it so will have to wait without sufficient heating in the Lounge in till well after Christmas as it's the 20th today a continued poor service from Stuart Smith and Michelle.. AVOID

Don't bother, you'll be waiting forever if you contact them about any issues, told to fix it yourself. Moved into my property which was riddled with carpet moths, various things were broken and nothing was done about . They will find any way they can to rob you, takes the absoloute ...
