Sent an email to Manish simply asking for a guide price with the view to purchasing a business. Manish didn’t even bother replying which would be a concern if I was trying to sell through them. Not worth one star but since there’s no option for zero….

Christies marketed our B&B business for over 2 years, and in that time they didn't get us one viewing from someone interested in our type of high end business. Very dissapointing to sat the least. Expensive and up front payment, but probably in line with other business agents. Selling fees are high!
