Christies marketed our B&B business for over 2 years, and in that time they didn't get us one viewing from someone interested in our type of high end business. Very dissapointing to sat the least. We feel that they didn't understand the way our type of business works with it being run by owner/proprietor and the property being our home. We had little communication from the three different managers who 'looked after' us, and when we tried to find our business in their listing and on RightMove it was difficult. With this type of agent, you gave to pay up front, and asssign sole selling rights to, and the fees for what they're supposed to do aren't cheap. So overall, a poor experience and we wouldn't recomment this agent. And would have liked a zero star option to rate.
