Christies marketed our B&B business for over 2 years, and in that time they didn't get us one viewing from someone interested in our type of high end business. Very dissapointing to sat the least. Very very very disappointed with this company. In a year they did not manage to get us one viewing, while the local agent succeeded in selling both parts of our commercial property. Their sign came down and it took nearly a month, to re erect it, even with continuous telephoning on my part. Amazing ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
