INCOMPETENT. LAZY. RUDE. ARROGANT. IDIOTIC people work at the Royal Wharf office. The property management team is a group of LIARS. Do not ever use them when you rent a property. The team does absolutely nothing, but annoying you. They will never reply to your issues. They will never book any repairs for you. They keep telling you lies. Just stay away. Did someone say "Always easy to communicate with?". You must be joking. This has been the worst experience of my renting life.

Disgusting agency with no respect at all tenants. At check out they have charged us ridiculous fees from our deposit to replace brand items with 'fair wear and tear' on the report. Never helpful fixing the structural issues in the flat in 2 years living there. They only care about the landlord... Read Full Review
