I was a tenant for 8.5 years. I was the perfect tenant who gave the Landlord and Milburys a really easy ride. Some examples of how they treated me: When the big freeze came and I had no heating or water in the flat - they told me to move in with a friend?!!! Still had to pay full rental... Another time, the boiler was not working and I was left with no hot water for months on end being forced to have cold showers. Broken window, left unfixed until I told them that the pane was in danger of falling outside. They would inspect the flat every 3 months - I could never be there because I worked full time (to pay the rent!!0 They could not understand that I had to work and could not be present. They gave me 2 months notice that I had to get out of the flat - never had a real reason, Landlord said he did not know what they were doing. I think they were going to rent it at a higher rate. When I asked them to find me a property in a similar range they did not. Forcing me to move location entirely. Total disregard for Tenants and when I had the temerity to ask for my deposit back, took £120 off me for cleaning (wish I had not spent so long cleaning it now!!) I would absolutely not recommend Milburys - even the Landlord hated them!!

Used Milburys Thornbury branch to manage my property. They are useless and incompetent. They charge over the top for small jobs to be done and then when checked after tenants left the jobs were not done properly ( using masking tape and charging ridiculous amounts. ) don’t waste your time ...
