Used Milburys Thornbury branch to manage my property. They are useless and incompetent. They charge over the top for small jobs to be done and then when checked after tenants left the jobs were not done properly ( using masking tape and charging ridiculous amounts. ) don’t waste your time ... I was a tenant for 8.5 years. I was the perfect tenant who gave the Landlord and Milburys a really easy ride. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
