maintenance is shambles and they con you with an inventory that costs £85 yet it is not accurate, con masters who make money out of noting, have been living in a damp house with no heating and their maintenance do nothing! some of the staff are so rude and arrogant, as if they forget we are the ones who pay their wages by paying ridiculous fees...disgusting

Used Milburys Thornbury branch to manage my property. They are useless and incompetent. They charge over the top for small jobs to be done and then when checked after tenants left the jobs were not done properly ( using masking tape and charging ridiculous amounts. ) don’t waste your time ... I was a tenant for 8.5 years. I was the perfect tenant who gave the Landlord and Milburys a really easy ride. Some examples of how they treated me: When the big freeze came and I had no heating or water in the flat - they told me to move in with a friend?!!! Still had to pay full rental... Another...
