The Letting side of this agent is diabolical. We bought a house with tenants in situ and so "inherited" these agents. There was no gas certificate, which is illegal, no deposit, no keys, even though in their own paperwork it states they need three sets cut! The rent was wrong for the two months we used them. They never answered our emails or returned our calls. Completely unprofessional. There is so much more, but i think this sums them up.

Very bad customer service. Doesn't care about tenants and properties just make money.
