I wish, there was an option to give -ve rating to them. This is the worst agent i ever came across and worst people especially Nicola. They should not be even aloowed to continue the business based on the service and the way they treat their customers. They harassed us to every extent as lkng as we stayed in their property and also on the very last day when we were exiting the property and then even after the exit they deducted our deposit amount for the cleaning when we left the property in much much more better condition than we found it. Even the checkout agent said that. But they still deducted amount from our deposit for cleaning.

4 Mar 2022Dear Surbhi, We do not harass tenants. We always communicate professionally and give the required notices. The Inventory clerk does not work evening hours as you requested. As you know we instruct an independent check inn inventory and independent check out inventory and the deposit was held and protected by DPS and no deductions were made until you agreed or arbitrated. You agreed on a minimal deposit deduction of £60 with the remainder of the deposit having been returned to you.

Just to earn for 1 extra day you push the tenant to exit 1 day earlier from there checkout day and you do an agreement with the new tenant without having gap in between so inorder to complete our checkout we had to complete our check out one day earlier and Nicola was very rude with that process. I have the entire email. You cant just say anything and escape. Also i never agreed to the complete deduction amount and hence its still in dispute and your are trying every way to delay it.

4 Mar 2022Dear Surbhi, Your husband booked the checkout for 1pm on the 28th September, your contractual end date after you had given the written notice to vacate on that date! As previously stated the independent clerks do not work evenings and hence that is why we suggested you moved out a day early if you could not do the 28th as you had arranged. I am sorry that you feel Nici was rude, she was merely following check out procedure and was unable to facilitate your evening move out. Your Husband agreed to the £60 deduction and therefore it is not in dispute.
